Adidas Boss Apologises for Controversial Ye Comments

Since parting ways with Ye, Adidashas sold off its stock of highly sought-after Yeezy branded items, the harvest of it’s collaboration with the rapper.

The move was prompted byAnti-Semitic remarks from the the “I Love It” rapper that ended Ye’s collaboration with the German sportswear brand.

B jorn Gulden, who joined Adidas shortly after the scandal erupted, acknowledged the debacle in anInterview with dubiously titled podcast,”In Good Company”.

The pressuci arising from the incident forced Gulden to apologize for his interpretation of Ye’s comments.

However, the CEO stood firm in his convictions that Adidas’ decision to discontinue the sponsorship as “absolutely the right one”

In agreement with the Anti-Defamation League Jonathan Greenblatt stated that Gulden “reiterated that Adidas is committed to fighting anti-Semitism”

Part of the sales proceeds will further social reform via charities such as the A D L and the Philonise and Keeta Floyd Institute for Social Change.

Adidas settled an incentive fund of roughly $117 Million for the organisations this year’s Q2 balance.

In other financial news, the suspension of special agreements with Chicago MC has not hindered hoc in closing in on the casual level profit of $84 million in the most recent Annual Statement.
