It’s been five years since the launch of EOS Network’s mainnet operations and we’re celebrating! In the last 12 months, we’ve accomplished a lot in our mission to create a secure and efficient platform for decentralized applications. Here’s a brief look back at our endeavours.
We’ve released multiple versions of EOSIO, a blockchain protocol and development platform, in order to enhance scalability, speed, and security. We have also collaborated with dozens of projects to create the EOSforce Alliance, a decentralized community of developers, users, and stakeholders, which is focused on developing and promoting the EOS ecosystem.
In addition, we have released tools and services such as EOSIO Quickstart, which enables developers to quickly and easily set up an EOSIO-based blockchain, and EOS Studio, a development environment that simplifies blockchain development.
In the past year, we’ve continued to build on our core foundations and have made great strides, including launching new products such as EOSIO Studio Evolution, a powerful desktop application that simplifies the development and deployment of smart contracts. We’ve also expanded our outreach to the global community and have held virtual events and hackathons to foster innovation and collaboration.
As we move forward, we remain focused on our vision of empowering everyone to benefit from the power of blockchain technology. We look forward to continuing to build and expand the EOS Network in the coming months and years.
