Rockstar devs react to Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer leak: ‘This f***ing sucks’

It’s not a pleasant experience for developers when trailers of their games get leaked early. This is especially so when the studio is as discreet as Rockstar. They had planned to premiere the first GTA 6 trailer the next morning, however thousands of people flocked to watch the livestream beforehand. Unfortunately, the excitement wasn’t meant to last long as the trailer was intercepted and leaked earlier. This contamination featured a watermarked version across X with some pixels and inscriptions obscured. This grew to be too much, and Rockstar pulled forward their reveal by posting the official trailer on YouTube. Everyone that works on the game was a bit disgruntled that their opening was spoiled, and several people took to [ TEXT REMOVED:: platform X::TEXT REMOVED ] to share their refinery. Despite that, they could also sense the shared hope, enthusiasm, and feeling that now unjust prospects may be reinstated. It is likely millions of people are planning to watch this trailer as they wait for the expected release in 2025 on PlayStation and Xbox. The next several months will have what included exclusivity on PC platforms, reproducing the same format as Red Dead Redemption.
