Martin Svoboda II, 72, of Fayetteville Arkansas, was arrested on mainly 3 counts of theft of property. All this began on December 12th, 2023, when the President of the veterans non-profit – Arkansas Veterans Village (AVV) – Cindy Ford, filed a theft report. Miller mentioned to the Detective that Martin, who was their treasurer, already used the non-profits’ checks for items, such as electricity bills.
